Okay, summer vacation is over, but I spent it looking for some new drinks and this time I went abroad - or down to Mexico that is.
The Sombrero:
Ingredients: Kahlua, Tequila, Milk, Sugar (Simple Syrup), Amaretto
Mix Sugar, Milk, Tequila, with Ice in a blender.
Pour some Kahlua into a glass.
Then pour in the blended mixture - it should float over the Kahlua.
Top off with a splash of Amaretto (we added this).
If you don't feel like doing the hat dance after 3 of these - ask for your money back.
